Management
In carrying out its responsibilities, the Commission is assisted by a Management or Secretariat whose Chairperson is the Director of Elections and the Secretary is the Director of Administration and Human Resource Management. Heads of Departments and Units are Members of Management.
The Commission has 5 Departments and 4 Units headed by Deputy Secretaries and Directors as follows:
(i) Human Resource Management and Administration Department;
(ii) Planning Department;
(iii) Permanent Voter Register Department;
(iv) Electoral Department;
(v) Department of Information and Voters’ Education;
(vi) Finance and Accounting Unit;
(vii) Internal Audit Unit;
(viii) Legal Services Unit; and
(ix) Procurement, Supply and Logistics Management Unit.
