Tanzania yapokea msaada wa shilingi bilioni 190.5
UJERUMANI imeipatia Tanzania msaada wa Euro milioni 71, sawa na takribani shilingi za Tanzania bilioni 190.5 kwa ajili ya kutekeleza miradi kadhaa ikiwemo maji, uendelezaji wa maliasili na utalii, afya ya mama na mtoto pamoja na mapambano dhidi ya ukatili wa kijinsia.
Nyaraka za makubaliano ya msaada huo zimetiwa saini jijini Dar es Salaam kati ya Naibu Katibu Mkuu Wizara ya Fedha na Mipango anayesimamia masuala ya Fedha za Nje Bi. Amina Khamis Shaaban na Kiongozi wa Ujumbe wa Serikali ya Ujerumani Bw. Marcus Von Essen.
Akizungumza baada ya kutiwa saini kwa nyaraka hizo, Naibu Katibu Mkuu Bi. Amina Khamis Shaaban aliyataja maeneo yatakayonufaika na msaada huo kuwa ni afya ya mama na mtoto iliyotengewa Euro milioni 24 na mradi wa kuzuia migogoro baina ya wanyamapori na binadamu, utakao tumia Euro milioni 6.
“Maeneo mengine yatakayonufaika na fedha hizi ni mpango wa kufidia upotevu wa makusanyo ya maduhuli katika sekta ya utalii kutokana na upungufu wa watalii walioingia nchini kwa sababu ya ugonjwa wa UVIKO 19, kuzuia ujangili, kuboresha miundombinu kwenye makazi na jamii inayozunguka maeneo ya Hifadhi za Taifa, utakaogharimu Euro milioni 15” Alisema Bi. Amina.
Alisema kuwa Euro milioni 20 zitaelekezwa kuboresha huduma ya maji kwenye miji inayokua na kiasi kingine cha Euro milioni 3 kitatumika kuboresha usalama wa maji kwenye maeneo ya baadhi ya miji nchini.
Bi. Amina Khamis Shaaban alisema kuwa kiasi kingine cha Euro milioni 3 kitatumika katika masuala ya kulinda haki za akina mama na wasichana wanaokabiliwa na changamoto ya ukatili wa kijinsia kwa kuwapatia msaada wa kisheria.
Bi. Amina Khamis Shaaban aliishukuru Ujerumani kwa kuanzisha majadiliano na Tanzania baada ya kusitisha mijadala hiyo tangu mwaka 2015 na kuahidi kuwa fedha zitakazotolewa zitatumika ipasavyo na kwa malengo yaliyokusudiwa.
Wakizungumza katika Hafla hiyo, Balozi wa Ujerumani nchini Tanzania Mhe. Regine Hess na Kiongozi wa Ujumbe wa Ujerumani ulioshiriki majadiliano yaliyofanikisha kupatikana kwa msaada huo Bw. Marcus Von Essen, walisema Ujerumani imeamua kufufua ushiriki wake katika kujenga maendeleo ya Tanzania ili kuunga mkono uongozi wa Serikali ya Awamu ya Sita.
Walieleza kuwa chini ya makubaliano mapya, Ujerumani itajikita zaidi kusaidia afya ya mama na mtoto, kusaidia masuala ya bima ya afya kupitia NHIF, maji na usafi wa mazingira, usimamizi wa fedha za umma, kuhifadhi maeneo ya urithi wa dunia kama vile hifadhi ya Selous na kuwalinda wanawake na wasichana dhidi ya vitendo vya kikatili.
Aidha, walisema kuwa Ujerumani itarejesha mipango yake ya kusaidia miradi ya maendeleo kwa Serikali ya Mapinduzi Zanzibar ambapo tayari nchi yao imeanza kufanya upembuzi yakinifu wa mradi wa maji visiwani humo.
Walisema kuwa nchi yao itatoa kiasi kingine cha fedha Alhamisi Wiki hii ambapo mikataba ya misaada kadhaa itasainiwa kati ya nchi hiyo na Tanzania ikiwa ni mwanzo mpya wa kuhakikisha kuwa Ujerumani inashirikiana na Tanzania katika kuwaletea wananchi wake maendeleo.
“Ninayofuraha kwamba Tanzania inatimiza miaka 60 tangu ipate uhuru na ni muda huo huo ambao Ujerumani na Tanzania zimekuwa katika ushirikiano ulioasisiwa na Baba wa Taifa Hayati Mwalimu Julius Kambarage Nyerere na Kiongozi wa Ujerumani wa wakati huo Prof. Grzymek” alisema Mhe. Regine Hess, Balozi wa UjerumaniTanzania.
Alibainisha kuwa Ujerumani imeongeza ahadi zake kwa Tanzania kwa asilimia 30 ikilinganishwa na mwaka uliopita na kwamba kutokana na hamu yake ya kutaka kuongeza zaidi misaada kwa Serikali ya Awamu ya Sita imekuja na Msemo usemao “miradi zaidi, ufadhili zaidi”.
Kikao hicho cha majadiliano kilihudhuriwa pia na Katibu Mkuu Ofisi ya Rais, Fedha na Mipango wa Serikali ya Mapinduzi Zanzibar Dkt. Juma Malik Akil ambaye aliishukuru Ujerumani kwa kufufua upya majadiliano kwa uamuzi wake wa kuanza kuisaidia Zanzibar katika kutekeleza miradi yake ya maendeleo.
